Baji777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Baji777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing baji777.vu, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering, you confirm that:

3. Your Baji777 Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Baji777 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Funds held across duplicate accounts will be reviewed and may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your username and password, confidential. Baji777 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact the support team immediately and update your password without delay.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your contact details, and your payment account information. Baji777 carries out identity verification checks and may request copies of documentation — including a valid CNIC — to confirm your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point the platform deems necessary.

Baji777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, provision of false information, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that we determine to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the Baji777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your Baji777 account balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting your CNIC details through the account settings section. This is a one-time step. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally fastest, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

Baji777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

The following payment rules apply at all times:

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts will be returned and the transaction flagged for review.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Baji777 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Funds deposited into your Baji777 account are not held in an interest-bearing account and no interest will be paid to you.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Baji777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and tournament-specific promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League and T20 internationals. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Baji777 promotions unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Bets are accepted on pre-match and live in-play markets. By placing a sports bet, you accept the settlement rules applicable to that market.

The following core sports betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, technical errors, or session timeouts are not binding on either party.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement timeframe, or if it is determined that the bet was accepted in error — for example, as a result of a data feed error or obvious pricing mistake.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. Baji777 does not guarantee live bet acceptance during all periods of a match. During technical interruptions, live bet placement may be suspended temporarily.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or the relevant football federation for international matches. In the event of a discrepancy between real-time data and the official result, the official result governs settlement.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs stand. Winnings are recalculated based on the remaining legs.

Baji777 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict certain markets, or decline any bet at its discretion. Players suspected of match-fixing, insider information use, or coordinated betting with the intent to manipulate outcomes will have their accounts suspended and relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

All casino games are provided by third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games. 9. Responsible Gaming

Baji777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a source of income, and not something that interferes with daily responsibilities, family life, or financial stability.

Baji777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to keep your spending within a defined budget.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a chosen period of play.

• Any loss of winnings, profit, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or delayed bet acceptance.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, failures, or charges applied by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks, or card networks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
